Know what makes for an uncomfortable morning? How about melting down in a room full of your professional peers and having to leave halfway through the day! I think the highlight was blurting out in-between sobs "it's halloween and my daughter died".........it wouldn't have been so bad except I have to work with these people for the next 4 years or so......bring on the uncomfortable remarks, silence, and overall weirdness!
